Leo Grinsteiner is the director and founder of Crucible
Safety Media. He formed the company in 1999 after witnessing first-hand the
lack of effective safety training tools in the construction and general
industry markets.
A certified safety professional (CSP), Leo has more than 15
years of professional safety experience. He has worked as regional safety
manager at one of the top 50 general contracting firms in the nation, as well
as a safety manager for the world's largest aluminum sheet and plate mill.
Other experience includes safety supervisor at an oil refinery and fire
inspector for a Chicago area fire department and five years as a U.S. Marine.
Leo’s passion for videography and disseminating accurate safety standards led
him to assemble a seasoned cast and crew to produce videos that are fun to
watch, address specific situations, hold peoples' attention and make an impact.

CUSTOMER TESTIMONIAL
|
|
"At Weitz, we commissioned Crucible Safety Media to produce a
custom video to target our safety concerns in particular. We've found that the
people in our company have taken real ownership when it comes to safety. Seeing
their own crews doing their own work gives them a sense of pride. The
attentiveness as a result of this makes the points really sink in."
